Pre & Post Menopausal Women Wellness Group Sessions (35+ | Online)

This is a supportive women-only group program for those aged 35 and above, designed to address pre-menopause, menopause, and post-menopause. Sessions focus on hormonal balance through therapeutic yoga, pranayama, meditation, stress management, and holistic lifestyle guidance.

We work gently with common concerns such as mood changes, anxiety, sleep disturbances, weight fluctuations, fatigue, and body discomfort. Group sizes are kept small to ensure a safe, respectful space where women can learn, connect, and feel supported through each phase of transition.
